On Valentine's Day last weekend Atka appeared at the American Museum of Natural History in New York City for two presentations. Thanks to the museum for having us back and to everybody (and a special thanks to my friends) who came out to see him. To see the day in photos, click here. (And if you have any photos from that presentation or any other, let us know; we'd love to see them!)

Great pictures. I learned about your organization through the AMNH (I used to be a member).
Instead of going to that event, my daughter and I made the trek up to the WCC because she wanted to meet all of your wolves.
That's great - I hope you had a good visit!
Have you had a chance to see the Bald Eagles near Bear Mountain? (I don't know how far a trip that would be for you.) Hopefully they'll be around another week or so...
Bear Mountain is about 45 minutes away, and a nice ride from where I am, but I haven't gone up there to see the eagles.
We have some Bald Eagles around the Hackensack River in Teaneck (http://celeryfarm.typepad.com/cf/eagles). They're definitely making a comeback in this area.
There was a great documentary about wolves in Yellowstone on the PBS program Nature the other night.
